These Terms of Service govern all wardrobe purchases, capsule bundle orders, and showroom appointments placed with Branthew Atelier Sartoria S.r.l. By completing an order or submitting an express bag reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. In preview environments hosted by Convert Sprint Studio, all catalog garments, prices, and Milan/Paris/London/New York showroom listings demonstrate the commercial Framer e-commerce architecture.
Every Branthew Atelier garment is cut in numbered small batches (120–250 pieces per colorway) from natural mill-traceable virgin wool, mulberry silk, organic cotton corduroy, and genuine water-buffalo horn. Subtle grain variations across genuine horn buttons reflect authentic natural origin and are never considered manufacturing defects.
All catalog prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) import duties and VAT/sales taxes for the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. Multi-piece privileges (12% on 2-piece suits, 15% on 3-piece edits, and 18% on 4-piece archives) apply automatically to qualifying capsule sets and cannot be stacked with first-order newsletter codes.
In-stock garments ordered before 14:00 CET (Monday–Friday) dispatch within 24 business hours from our Milan archive facility via DHL Express Insured Air. Every parcel is fully insured by Branthew Atelier until signed for at your designated address.
You have 14 calendar days from confirmed DHL delivery to try your garment indoors over clean base layers and request either a complimentary size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method. Garments must remain unworn outdoors, unwashed, unaltered, fragrance-free, and returned inside their original cotton archive garment bag with the contoured wooden hanger, spare horn button envelope, and woven security ribbon intact. Exchanging an individual item within a 2-, 3-, or 4-piece capsule for a different size preserves 100% of your bundle privilege.
Branthew Atelier stands behind every seam, canvas basting point, horn button shank, and Bemberg™ lining seam with a 2-Year Sartorial Craftsmanship Warranty. Should any structural stitching or hardware loosen under normal wear and proper steam/eco-dry-clean care within 24 months of purchase, we repair the garment at an authorized partner tailor or reimburse local master-tailor repair costs in full. Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, moth exposure, or direct bare-iron scorching is excluded.
